9 MM LUGER

Our goal is the production of precise, high-quality ammunition caliber 9 mm Luger . In order to comply with the high quality criteria we set, we purchased completely new single-purpose machines in 2017, forming a complete production line.

We purchased state-of-the-art machines from top specialized suppliers of these technologies in Belgium and USA. We are particularly pleased that the national manufacturers have supplied us with very complex machinery for assembling the cartridge and sophisticated inspection and sorting machines for both basic components of the projectile and cartridge case.

WE ARE A USA COMPANY AND, WE ARE PROUD TO BUY ALL METAL INPUT MATERIALS EXCLUSIVELY FROM WORLD MANUFACTURERS, IN ADDITION TO MATCHES.

To optain the best quality we  try to produce every part internally, starting with brass cups for the production of cartridges and projectiles and ending with lead for the production of projectile cores.

We purchase all input materials only from USA and NATO verrified manufacturers, whose products guarantee us high and repeatable quality, which is extremely important for mass production.

We produce output metal components (cartridge and bullet) in micron tolerances . Cartridges and bullets are periodically and randomly inspected during production. At the end of the production process, both components are 100% mechanically inspected using high-speed cameras and a laser.

We check the dimensional conformity with the technical drawing, the occurrence of material defects and surface treatment defects and, in addition, the weight of the projectile. Only perfect pieces from metal production are transferred to the next production process Without being able to produce a cartridge case and projectile in the required accuracy, we would not be able to assemble a top cartridge.

We pay great attention to both the insertion of the match into the cartridge case and the cartridge assembly itself. The case of the cartridge case is checked once more before the match is inserted into the bed and after the operation the depth of pressing the match in the bed is checked and the accuracy of the smokeless dust charge is checked twice (volumetrically and laser) during the cartridge assembly.

The assembled cartridges are, after passing the last dimensional test, automatically packed in consumer packaging. It goes without saying that the ballistic properties of our ammunition are regularly checked during production in our ballistic testing laboratory, the equipment of which we also acquired in 2017.

OUR "NINES" ARE MANUFACTURED ACCORDING TO THE CIVILIAN CIP STANDARD

We produce ammunition in versions with a bullet 124gr FMJ, 115gr FMJ. We are soon to introduce ammunition in the caliber of 9 mm Blank.

AMMUNITION 7.62 MM CIP

Our next production activity is the conversion of originally military ammunition into a version that is sold on the civilian market. Military bullets that are suitable for conversion are subjected to a careful 100% visual inspection.

The perfect pieces are then measured in terms of the hardness of the core in accordance with the requirements of the CIP and are subsequently tested in terms of the maximum allowable pressure. Only the one that is satisfactory in all respects is released for sale.
